Özmen Plastik carries out both cold and hot washing operations using domestic and imported plastic scrap across three different production lines.
The primary goal of production is to move materials through sorting and washing processes into reusable raw material form and tailor product parameters to customer requirements.

Material is classified according to type and production requirements.
Hot / Cold Washing
Washing processes appropriate to the material are applied across three different production lines.
Processing
Cleaned material is prepared in a raw material form that can be returned to the production cycle.
Color & MFI
Production can be planned according to customer-requested color and MFI values for PP, HDPE and PPRC raw materials.
Preparation for Shipment
Finished raw material is prepared for shipment according to customer requirements.
